Roger L. Simon, who has been doing some marvelous reporting on Oil-For-Food, lets us know who his sources are. Despite the desire of Kofi and his allies to paint the scandal as over following the finding of the second Interim Report that Kofi was merely incompetent, not corrupt, it ain't over.
