RINO Sightings: A Latecomer Postscript

Politechnical had an entry that I missed in the Star-Spangled Second Edition of RINO Sightings, as I didn't have access to the email account it was sent to, so here's a bonus look at what has to be a whopper of a scoop, if true...I'd also be interested in knowing more about this one!
